Acceptable Use

Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: March 9, 2026

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines prohibited and required behaviors when using MultiPowerAI's platform, APIs, SDK, marketplace, and related services. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination per our Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited Agent Behaviors

You must not use MultiPowerAI to enable AI agents that: impersonate real individuals or organizations without authorization; conduct unauthorized financial transactions or exceed spending limits; perform automated attacks, scraping, or denial-of-service against any system; generate or distribute malware, spam, phishing content, or disinformation; circumvent security controls, rate limits, or authentication mechanisms; engage in money laundering, sanctions evasion, or terrorist financing; violate any applicable law or regulation; or harm, harass, or discriminate against individuals.

3. API Usage Rules

You must: authenticate all requests with a valid API key; respect rate limits and Retry-After headers; not share API keys publicly or embed them in client-side code; not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our APIs; not use automated tools to create multiple accounts; and implement reasonable error handling and backoff in your integrations.

4. Marketplace Rules

Skill publishers must: provide accurate descriptions of skill capabilities; not publish skills that perform illegal actions or violate third-party rights; maintain reasonable uptime for skill endpoints; respond to buyer inquiries within 48 hours; not artificially inflate ratings or reviews; and not publish duplicate or near-duplicate skills to manipulate search results. Skill purchasers must: use purchased skills only for lawful purposes; not redistribute or resell skill access; and report malfunctioning or malicious skills promptly.

5. Identity & Trust System Rules

You must not: submit fraudulent identity verification documents; create fake attestations or endorsements; manipulate trust scores through artificial transactions; misrepresent an agent's capabilities or verification status; or abuse the ZK proof system to create misleading claims.

6. On-Chain Conduct

Given that blockchain data is permanent and public, you must: ensure accuracy of all data published on-chain; not publish offensive, illegal, or personally identifiable information on-chain; and understand that soulbound NFTs and attestation hashes cannot be removed once published.

7. Reporting Violations

Report AUP violations to abuse@multipowerai.com. Include: the offending agent ID or developer account; description of the violation; and any supporting evidence. We investigate all reports and take action within 48 hours for critical violations.

8. Enforcement

Violations may result in: warning notification; temporary API key suspension; permanent account termination; removal of marketplace skills; reporting to law enforcement (for illegal activity); and legal action for damages caused. We enforce this policy at our sole discretion. Repeated minor violations are treated as major violations.
